How It Works

Every rip is decided before you see it, by a seed you can check yourself. Here's the exact mechanism — and a verifier you can run right now.
Before you rip, the server picks a secret seed and publishes only its SHA-256 hash. The hash locks the seed in without revealing it — it can't be changed afterward.
Your rip mixes in a client seed from your own browser. Because you control part of the input, the outcome can't be pre-aimed at you.
The pull is derived from the SHA-256 of the combined seeds. Same inputs always give the same cards — so anyone can recompute and confirm nothing was swapped.
After the rip, the server seed is revealed. You hash it yourself and check it matches the commitment from step 1. If it matches, the rip was honest.
